Aileen Cunningham is an motivational speaker, author, and entrepreneur. She enjoys ministering to God's people and sharing her awesome testimony. Aileen Cunningham loves to travel as a youth leader giving hope to those who are lost without a vision for life. She reaches people with her creative style, passion for people, and incredible ability to reach into the hearts of teens while providing a message that is life changing.

Aileen’s powerful testimony gives her the ability to command and connect with her audience. She has overcome the odds of homelessness, neglect, and physical and emotional abuse. She is very passionate about what she does to help each person that is put into her path. Her motto for life is Life without Pain Couldn’t Produce Change.

She is also the author of Who Said I Wouldn’t Make It, a book that tells about her life story. It is a book that will encourage and empower every person that reads it.

FOUNDERS

​Ailisha Vaughn was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri. Early in life she endured several obstacles that attempted to hinder her from a life filled with peace and happiness. She watched God heal her from bone cancer, bleeding in the brain, homelessness, physical and mental abuse and much more. God has been so great, that despite these negative experiences, He gave her a will to live and carry out His plan for her life.


At the tender age of 18, she decided to go to college to further her talents and dreams of becoming a successful broadcast journalist. Eventually, she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Media Journalism/ Communication with an emphasis in Radio/Television and a minor in Public Speaking. During her academic career, she studied media writing, television broadcasting, interpersonal communication, electronic media and public speaking. Ailisha was able to take advantage of many opportunities that allowed her to further her knowledge in electronic media and communication.

Ailisha had the privilege to speak about her experiences with people across the world. One of these included co-hosting “Close Up with President McPhee,” a monthly show featuring the President of MTSU. She served as Vice President of Radio Television News Directors Association (RTNDA) and Vice President of National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) at MTSU. Ailisha has also had the privilege to work for several nationally recognized television and radio stations within the United States. These stations include, but are not limited to: WTVF News Channel 5 Talk of the Town, WGNS Talk Radio AM 1450, WKDF Titans NFL Radio Station, KMOV Channel 4 News, City TV 10, and UPN 46 TV.
